General Psychiatric Clinic in Lindesberg is a specialist service within the Healthcare Administration that offers specialized care for mental illness and health. The catchment area is northern Örebro county. Our mission is to investigate, treat, and rehabilitate individuals referred to our unit via referral, or who seek help through our telephone counseling or 1177 Healthcare Guide. We are a well-functioning unit with approximately 40 employees. Treatment and psycho-educational interventions occur individually and in groups, as well as via digital clinic. The unit includes doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, nurses, care assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, and administrators.
Work Responsibilities
Work tasks include fundamental clinical work and planning/performing psychological treatment, assessment, evaluation, and counseling, even in complex cases. You will contribute psychological perspectives and knowledge in collaboration with other professionals and the organization as a whole. You will work to evaluate and develop organizational and clinical processes. You will contribute to systematic quality assurance and take responsibility for implementing best available methods for assessment, investigation, and treatment in accordance with the national care and intervention program.
Qualifications
Licensed psychologist. Experience in specialist psychiatry or CBT psychotherapy training is meritorious. As a person, you are flexible, self-driven, confident, and stable, and deliver consistent quality. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
