Psychologist/Psychotherapist Wanted for Mental Health – Achima Care Nybro and Emmaboda Health Center
We provide services to individuals aged 18 and above with mild to moderate mental health issues. We always strive to work person-centered in line with the implementation of Close Care and offer both physical visits and digital consultations.
About the Position
In this role, you will conduct individual sessions, psychological treatment, assessment, and investigation of mental health issues, as well as documentation in the journal system. You will also work with internet-based CBT and video consultations. The work is carried out in close collaboration with doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, and other professionals to provide patients with comprehensive care at the primary care level.
About You
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to preventing and reducing mental health issues through psychological assessments, treatment, and counseling – both physically and digitally, individually and in groups. You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating with colleagues and have strong teamwork skills. We prefer candidates with experience working in primary care.
Qualifications We Seek
• Licensed psychologist or psychotherapist
• Experience in clinical treatment work
• Strong communication skills and a warm approach
Employment Conditions
• Permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months
• Employment rate according to agreement
