Job Responsibilities: This position will focus on children, youth, and their parents. You will provide evidence-based, step-wise interventions including assessment, psychoeducation, and psychological treatment for health promotion, prevention, and treatment purposes. Interventions will be offered in both physical and digital formats. You will work in a multi-professional team at one of our clinics. You will collaborate with healthcare partners and municipal services to create and make health-promoting interventions accessible for the region's children. The position may include responsibility for supervising psychology trainees. Qualifications: We are seeking a licensed psychologist who wants to develop and make primary care interventions accessible for children and youth with mental health challenges. You have experience assessing and treating children and youth with mental health issues. Experience working with this target group in primary care is particularly meritorious. Interest in lifestyle issues is an advantage. As a person, you are responsible, structured, creative, and easy to collaborate with. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. About the Organization: The Youth Clinic has locations in four municipalities: Örebro, Lindesberg, Karlskoga, and Hallsberg. Midwives, counselors, psychologists, nurses, and doctors work closely together to promote mental and physical health for youth and provide a positive view of sexuality. Youth aged 13-22 are served.
