About this role

About Nova Psychiatry Nova Psychiatry was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental health issues. We strive to provide a modern and patient-centered care experience. Our goal is to offer the best assessment and treatment in Europe for individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other psychiatric conditions. Today's psychiatry is characterized by traditional methods and often a slow approach, where technological advancements and patient needs are rarely prioritized. Many patients struggle to navigate a complex public system or turn to large providers where they risk becoming just another anonymous number. We have chosen to do things differently by putting the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is based on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, where we use modern technology and innovative working methods to continuously improve and develop our operations. Our dedicated team is the core of our business and primarily consists of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova Psychiatry was founded in January 2024 and currently has around 30 employees – and we are growing rapidly. We are now looking for more driven individuals who want to help shape the future of psychiatry with us. We focus heavily on hiring Sweden's most talented employees, but also on ensuring that people enjoy working here more than anywhere else. Nova's vision is to demonstrate how psychiatry can function, for both patients and employees. We believe that it can be done much better. We are driven by the constant improvement of patient satisfaction, maintaining high quality, and simultaneously increasing efficiency through reduced administration. We believe we can achieve all this by having fun together, daring to make mistakes, and striving to be the best at what we do. About the Role We are looking for psychologists to join Nova Psychiatry who want to be part of our exciting growth journey. We hope to offer you Sweden's best and most enjoyable psychologist position. Primary Responsibilities: - You play a key role in the patient's first contact with Nova Psychiatry. You thrive in an environment where continuous development is encouraged, and where commitment and quality are evident in patient interactions. You want to contribute to helping more people in a way that feels both professional and personal. - You possess strong social skills, enjoy meeting new people, and place great emphasis on building trust and good relationships. - Those applying for PTP (Psychologist Training Program) are also welcome to apply for the position. What We Offer - The opportunity to be part of an exciting company journey towards having Sweden's most satisfied patients and employees. - A high degree of freedom and personal responsibility. - Regular supervision from skilled and experienced psychologists. - Flexible working hours: The ability to structure your workweek in a way that suits you. - Hybrid/Remote: Flexible setup – work entirely or partially remotely. - Participate in influencing and improving the organization.
