Your Workplace
The clinic is organized within the Adult Psychiatry division of Region Värmland. In addition to the Hagfors clinic, psychiatric outpatient care is available in Torsby, Arvika, Kristinehamn, Säffle, and Karlstad.
We work in a cross-professional team consisting of nurses, counselors, psychologists, doctors, healthcare administrators, and occupational therapists. Our work is characterized by high patient focus, collaboration with relatives and various partners such as municipalities, social insurance agencies, and inpatient care.
Your Responsibilities
We currently need new hires due to service reductions, retirement departures, and the launch of a mobile operation called the Psychiatric Care Team (SPOT team). Good conditions exist for introducing experienced and competent employees. You will also participate in regular group supervision.
Your responsibilities as a nurse include diverse general psychiatric clinic work such as assessment, medication allocation and follow-up, telephone consultation, sample collection, post-inpatient follow-up, unplanned contacts during health deterioration, and counseling and support contacts.
You'll monitor patient health, striving for comprehensive care and treatment with continuity in our interactions. As a nurse, you'll work in a clinic characterized by team spirit, good communication, and high competence.
Your Knowledge and Competencies
We're seeking a licensed nurse with an interest in psychiatry. You can be either a specialist or generalist-trained nurse. Experience in psychiatric care is meritorious.

A driver's license (B-license) is required due to the mobile nature of the position.
