About Us
We are seeking someone who wants to work at a psychiatric outpatient clinic. Our clinic is located at Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm, within walking distance of the train station, offering excellent commuting opportunities. Approximately fifty professionals with different specialties and treatment approaches work at our clinic.
The clinic consists of an on-call team, a dependency center, two base teams, and a psychosis team. The teams are fundamentally general psychiatric but are responsible for different care processes.

Your Responsibilities
At the clinic, you will be one of several nurses, supported by experienced colleagues with high expertise who are interested in utilizing your experience and knowledge. You will work as a nurse in outpatient care. During staff illness and vacations, we help each other across teams.
Treatment work is conducted both in teams and in individual contacts, with joint interprofessional treatment conferences. As a nurse with us, you will be responsible for standard medical treatments, counseling based on your competence, and participation in care planning.
Supervision is offered.
Your Qualifications
You are a licensed nurse. Preferably with additional training in psychiatry and/or experience in psychiatric outpatient work. It is required that you have worked as a licensed nurse in psychiatry. Experience in collaboration with other actors is meritorious. Great importance is placed on personal qualities such as the ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate strong collaborative skills.
