About us Närhälsan Tranemo Health Center is a medium-sized clinic with just over 6,300 registered patients, located in a rural area with Tranemo as the central locality. Please read more about the benefits and perks we offer at Närhälsan: Link to our website About the job As a psychiatric nurse, you will work comprehensively with patients of all ages, both through your own outpatient work and in close collaboration with doctors, where the range of tasks is varied. The work includes both acute and planned activities. You will largely work independently with your own clinic, where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally within the team, together with a social worker, psychologist, and rehabilitation coordinator, as well as with other stakeholders such as specialist care. Together with the health center management, you will be responsible for developing and advancing the operations. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervising students is also included in your role at the health center. About you You are a licensed nurse with specialized training in psychiatric care. Experience working as a psychiatric nurse in primary care and as a care coordinator in mental health is advantageous. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks. In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and find it natural to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both spoken and written communication and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and in-person visits.
