**About the workplace**
Our clinic in Torsby is part of Torsby Hospital and primarily serves residents of the Sunne and Torsby municipalities. Here, 18 committed colleagues work together in a close-knit and supportive team.
The team includes psychologists, psychiatric nurses, social workers, an occupational therapist, and medical secretaries. We also offer mobile services, which improve accessibility and flexibility for our patients. Your future colleagues are a positive and cooperative group who value respect, openness, and good humour. Together, we aim to develop our services in a sustainable and innovative way. We are currently expanding our digital care services, combining them with traditional in-person consultations. We prioritise both patient safety and staff wellbeing, and we share a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

Our patients primarily include individuals with severe mental illness, but we also see a wide range of cases to assess, confirm, or exclude the need for specialist psychiatric care.
