About the Position
Medical Diagnostics Karolinska is a central part of Karolinska University Hospital, one of the world's most renowned hospitals and an international leader in research and education. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various parts of the organization. The position includes:
Coordination of meetings, activities, and workflows
Support in clinical and molecular research projects
Management and compilation of statistics and databases
Development and updating of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Communication and collaboration with various representatives and clinics
Administrative tasks related to the organization

Qualifications
Requirements:
PhD in Molecular Biology
Previous experience with coordination assignments
Knowledge of clinical and molecular workflows
Documented experience in developing and implementing laboratory protocols and SOPs
Good communication skills and experience collaborating with various professional groups
Excellent ability to express oneself in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
Meritorious:
Experience in clinical practice, preferably in clinical research
Experience working in molecular pathology
Good ability to handle and analyze statistics
Experience with database management
Experience with quality assurance and quality control in laboratory environments (e.g., ISO standards)
Experience coordinating sample logistics between different units and organizations
Experience in project management related to Precision Medicine
