About the Microwave Production Tester Position
As a microwave production tester, you will work with electrical and RF testing, troubleshooting, and simple component assembly for radar systems. You will be part of a knowledgeable team where collaboration and quality are the focus. The role requires good instrument understanding and the ability to build test stations as needed.
Your Responsibilities:
* Electrical and RF testing of units and subsystems
* Testing at board and unit levels
* Troubleshooting and repair of products
* Simple assembly and minor soldering
* Reading and understanding drawings and documentation (Swedish and English)
* Document and deviation management according to existing processes
* Contribute to improvement work in quality, delivery, and economics
* Participate in training and mentoring activities
* Customer contact and clear communication about work status

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone with experience in microwave testing and a genuine technical interest. You are meticulous, persistent, and flexible, and enjoy working in a team where collaboration is the key to success. You communicate easily and are attentive to changes in workflow.
We Prefer Candidates With:
* Experience in microwave testing
* Good instrument understanding
* Technical education or equivalent experience
* Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
* Ability to read and understand technical documentation
