We are now looking for a new Project Developer based in Umeå.

The Project Developer is responsible for the early stages of projects, meaning you will drive and lead the work of engaging customers for the sale of maintenance and renovation projects. As a Project Developer, your primary focus will be on generating business with customers in the early stages and establishing relationships within the local market area of property management. If needed, the Project Developer may also act as a project manager in later stages of the projects.
You will collaborate with property management to identify project potentials and work with a multi-year budget for projects in your area. The Project Developer is responsible for the Renovation department's participation in sales activities such as trade fairs, customer events, etc., and represents Renovation in local collaboration forums within property management regarding upcoming projects.
Contribute with your expertise and commitment
You are a trained construction engineer or civil engineer, or you have several years of work experience in the real estate or construction industry. You have several years of experience leading renovation projects and have worked as a project manager in the real estate sector for 3-5 years. Experience with Riksbyggen's renovation operations and renovation agreements is an advantage. As a person, you are ambitious, responsible, and helpful. You inspire, engage, and motivate your colleagues. It is important that you possess good leadership qualities, strong collaboration skills, and are attentive to your customers' needs.
As an employee in a cooperative company, it is essential to be business-minded while also being able to see and meet customer needs. It is important that you can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as your drive and communication skills are key to successful collaboration with both customers and colleagues.
The position is based at our office in Umeå, and the geographical area of responsibility is Umeå and its surroundings. This full-time position requires a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Some meetings may occur in the evening.
