We build and renovate everything from commercial and public buildings to residential properties – from Sundsvall in the south to Luleå in the north. The department consists of approximately 220 dedicated employees, both professionals and skilled workers, who together create sustainable solutions for the future.
Your profile
We are seeking someone with solid experience in a similar role within the construction industry who enjoys taking responsibility and driving business forward. You have:
• Experience in tendering, market analysis, project management, and contractual matters.
• A strong business interest and the ability to lead processes with structure, engagement, and a focus on results.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• The ability to build networks and create long-term relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (required).
The role of Project Developer
As a Project Developer, you play a central role in driving our business forward. You will work closely with the business manager, production manager, and project manager, and you will be involved from the earliest stages of projects up to the start of production. Your tasks include:
• Monitoring the market and analyzing supply, pricing, and competition to identify business opportunities.
• Contributing technical and business expertise in project design, including cost assessments and financial analyses.
• Leading and managing the tendering process in selected projects and supporting the production manager in cost calculations and tender decisions.
• Building customer relationships and contributing to the development of our business models.
In short, you are the link between idea and execution, ensuring that we create profitable and sustainable projects.

Additional information
The position is a temporary role with a start date to be agreed upon, preferably from February 2026 to September 2027. The location will be at our beautiful offices in Luleå or Skellefteå. A valid driver's license is required, and travel between offices may occur. This position will undergo background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
