About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and now we are seeking Project Support for our station department in Trollhättan who want to be part of the journey towards a fossil-free life! Are you the one? The Station Department works within voltage ranges of 0.4-400 kV, handling maintenance, projects, and fault resolution in substations, control facilities, and other electrical power equipment. Our primary customers include network companies, infrastructure companies, industries, municipalities, regions, and other service providers.
Your Role as Project Support
As Project Support, you have an important responsibility to support and relieve project managers with economic and administrative tasks.
You will work locally close to project management to support throughout the entire project from startup to completion. Responsibilities include ongoing financial management in projects, invoice handling, document management, contract interpretation. Purchasing and procurement-related tasks may also be involved.
Requirements
We are seeking someone who is structured and organized, comfortable working independently in a responsible role. Since multiple projects are involved, it is crucial that you are flexible, proactive, and able to manage various work tasks simultaneously. You communicate clearly, both in Swedish and English, and demonstrate good social skills in your interactions and collaborations with colleagues and customers.
• Minimum of a 3-year high school education, with higher education being advantageous
• Previous experience with financial and/or administrative work where you have independently managed reporting, follow-up, invoicing, contracts, purchasing, and general project administration
• Experience in the contracting or electrical power industry is meriting
• Proficient computer user skilled at searching and evaluating information
• Experience working with financial systems and case management systems like SAP and BÄST is meriting
• B driver's license is required
