Regional Properties develops and manages Region Skåne's properties with a focus on creating safe, functional, and sustainable environments for residents and employees. Currently, Region Skåne is undertaking the largest investments ever in Skåne's hospital areas. We develop complex construction projects in sensitive healthcare environments, always with the highest demands for operational reliability. Simultaneously, we are expanding the infrastructure for public transportation with new service depots for buses and trains.
We are now seeking an engaged Project Coordinator for Regional Properties, Operations Area Kristianstad-Hässleholm, located in Kristianstad!
Property Operations Area Kristianstad-Hässleholm is part of Regional Properties responsible for operation and maintenance of all buildings and systems at Kristianstad Central Hospital, Hässleholm Hospital, Hässleholm Depot, Skåne Traffic offices, and healthcare centers in northeastern Skåne. We also deliver operational technical services to Region Skåne's activities located in surrounding leased properties within the operations area. Our main responsibility is to create world-class operational reliability and to be a trusted partner for healthcare.
The operations area contains a diversity of technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, control and regulation technology, medical gases, power supply, and external environments. Certain operational technical equipment is also included in the assignment. The work is conducted in close collaboration with Region Skåne's operations and personnel.
WORK TASKS
In your role as project coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating internal and external projects and activities that impact or are within Property Operations' area of activity.
Your primary tasks are to:
• Lead, coordinate, and ensure progress in smaller projects and activities within Property Operations to ensure reliable delivery.
• Represent operations at external projects and activities when needed, such as at startup meetings, inspections, and operational handovers.
• Identify and coordinate development of processes, routines, tools, and standards, and provide support in follow-up.
• Responsible for coordinating framework agreements and procurement, and managing contacts with contractors regarding contract follow-up and overall communication.
• Responsible for coordinating investigations, action development, and documentation.

Formal competence requirements include:
• Post-secondary education preferably in service, logistics, project management, property/construction or equivalent
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Valid B driver's license (required)
