Railway Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for time, cost, and production within Railways for the Transport Authority in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment. The position is full-time. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork. **The Assignment** The role involves working as a project coordinator with a focus on time, cost, and production within larger railway-related investment projects. The assignment includes leading and coordinating a group of support functions, driving planning and strategy work, as well as supporting several project groups within a section. The work encompasses, among other things, scheduling, production costs, risk management, business and procurement strategies, and implementation planning. The role requires close collaboration with project managers and support functions, while also demanding the ability to independently drive work forward and deliver according to established templates and formats. **Responsibilities** - Lead the group and its work. - Coordinate the work of the groups with other groups and projects. - Participate in and contribute to production planning and associated strategies. - Participate in or lead relevant meetings. - Develop and enhance strategies, processes, and working methods. - Lead the work on the project's business and procurement strategy for contract procurements. - Coordinate cost estimation work. - Plan and be responsible for uncertainty analyses according to the successive principle. - Evaluate uncertainties and risks. - Package and report results and analyses. **Requirements (Mandatory)** - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. - At least 9 years of experience in a leading position (as a client, consultant, or contractor) within construction or infrastructure in the implementation phase. - At least 5 years of cumulative experience in implementation planning for construction or infrastructure projects. Implementation planning refers to work involving the development of base estimates/construction costs, procurement strategy, scheduling, and risk analysis. - Experience as a client or bidder leading or actively participating in at least three contract procurements under LUF/LOU with a value of at least 500 million SEK. - Experience participating in at least one location investigation for rail-bound traffic that includes tunnels and surface locations. - Responsible for conducting (arranging) at least two uncertainty analyses according to the successive principle for time and cost in the past 5 years. **Meritorious** - At least 10 years of experience working in a public client organization. - Experience participating in at least 5 uncertainty analyses. **Personal Attributes** - Strong communication skills. - Good ability to collaborate, create teams, and establish and maintain relationships. - Responsible and honors agreements. - Ability to manage different types of tasks simultaneously and prioritize among them. - Self-driven, can make decisions based on mandate, and is good at leading oneself and others. - Systematic and structured with the ability to create conditions for effective working methods. - Solution-oriented and approaches problems with an open attitude, inviting dialogue and collaboration. **About Us** Centio's overarching goal is to be a consulting company that offers smart and sustainable solutions that positively develop society.
