Do you want to work with investments that make a real difference across Sweden? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
At the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket), we work for competitive businesses and sustainable development in all parts of Sweden. We offer knowledge, networks, and investment opportunities. This directly benefits companies and also provides the conditions for businesses, municipalities, and regions to meet future challenges. Tillväxtverket is a national authority with a regional presence in nine locations.
You will belong to the Regional Development unit in Northern Sweden, which is part of the Regions department at Tillväxtverket. We are a dedicated team of project advisors and a program manager driving the work with the EU's regional fund programs in northern Sweden. We work data-driven, with significant responsibility and close collaboration with both local and national stakeholders.
Your workplace will be in Luleå, but you will work on issues related to both Norrbotten and Västerbotten. Travel is included in the position.
**About the Position**
As a project advisor within the EU's regional fund, you will help determine how public funds are invested – in innovation, green transition, digitalization, and stronger businesses. You will have a varied and analytical role where you follow projects from idea to result. At the same time, you will build knowledge about the regions' needs and work on assessments that require a good ability to interpret legal regulations, analyze economic data, and contribute to smart, sustainable solutions. You will participate in Tillväxtverket's efforts to strengthen regional competitiveness and sustainable development.
The role includes work with information, mobilization, advisory services, follow-up, dissemination of results, and communication of outcomes, as well as processing project applications within the regional structural fund programs.
We offer a modern and flexible working environment with a balance between remote work and collaboration in the office.
