Project Planner – Assignment on behalf of a client

As a project planner at Tacting, you will be employed by us, a values-driven company within HR, recruitment, and organization, and assigned to one of our industrial clients. The assignment offers an exciting combination of operational planning and strategic work, in close collaboration with project managers and other key functions. About the position In this role, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and monitoring timelines and resources in complex projects, from early stages to delivery. You will work closely with project managers, procurement, engineering, assembly, and other project functions. You will: • Establish and follow up on time and resource plans. • Analyze project information and enable data-driven decisions. • Identify risks and early deviations, and propose actions. • Actively support and serve as a sounding board for project managers and other functions. • Participate in the development and improvement of work methods, systems, and planning processes. • Contribute to a larger digitalization and system transition. The position is located at our client’s site in the Karlstad area. About you We are looking for someone who has: • Post-secondary education in logistics, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field. • Experience in planning within a complex technical or industrial environment. • Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project. • Excellent skills in Excel. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Preferred qualifications include: • Experience with business systems. • Familiarity with working with Power BI or other decision support data.
