RF-SISU Västra Götaland is the regional and local organizational unit of the Swedish Sports Confederation and SISU Sports Educators, with the primary task of supporting specialized sports federations/member organizations regionally and locally. RF-SISU Västra Götaland is seeking a supervisor with a focus on sports and work training, based in Gothenburg.
About the Project
In the jointly decided strategy of the sports movement, there is a stated ambition for sports for everyone, where the opportunity to engage in an association is independent of an individual's circumstances. RF-SISU Västra Götaland, in collaboration with the City of Gothenburg, is running a program called Sports & Work. This is a new initiative that will be implemented in close cooperation with local associations in Gothenburg. The overall objective is:
To guide job-seeking individuals to employment or education through individual support, training, wellness activities, and internships.
Main Job Responsibilities: RF-SISU is seeking a team member who, together with relevant collaborative partners, will work towards the above objective by:
· Recruiting, mentoring, and coaching participants through the program.
· Planning wellness activities, relevant training, and study visits.
· Collaborating with local sports associations that provide internship opportunities.
· Cooperating with related projects within and outside the sports movement.
· Collaborating with relevant municipal operations.
You will work in a team led by a regional project manager with overall responsibility for the project. You will also collaborate with RF-SISU's sports consultants in Gothenburg and the education department. Furthermore, you will interact with other relevant projects within our organization.
Your role also includes ongoing reporting and evaluation of the work.
Experience Profile
· Relevant education.
· Knowledge and experience of volunteer work, such as a leader in a sports association.
· Knowledge or experience of working in social projects.
· Familiarity with sports in Gothenburg.
· Understanding of how municipal operations function.
· Previous experience in areas such as labor market or employment is particularly meritorious.
· Knowledge of digital tools.

The position is located in Gothenburg, and you will need to spend significant time in the field.
This is a 100% fixed-term employment for one year with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
