This is a direct recruitment through us as a staffing company, which means you will be employed directly by our client in the automotive industry if you proceed in the process. **About the Position** As a project manager in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating projects related to the development, improvement, or industrialization of vehicle components and processes. You will lead the work throughout the entire project lifecycle—from planning and requirements analysis to execution, delivery, and follow-up. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that project goals are met, and that timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained. You will work in a structured and analytical manner, tracking project data and identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to developing long-term and successful solutions for future vehicles. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient project flows and high delivery precision. This position is suited for you if you are motivated by responsibility, technical development, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced and innovative industry. **Responsibilities** - Lead and coordinate projects related to the development, industrialization, or improvement of vehicle components and systems. - Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring that goals are met. - Coordinate cross-functional teams such as design, production, quality, purchasing, and testing/lab. - Monitor project status, analyze deviations, and drive actions in case of risks or delays. - Ensure that technical requirements, quality standards, and customer specifications are met. - Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders, including reporting to management. - Initiate and drive improvement work in project processes and working methods. - Support production setups, test drives, or validation activities as needed. - Work with suppliers to ensure the right quality, cost, and delivery time for components. - Drive change management and documentation according to established processes within the automotive industry. **About You** We highly value your personal qualities.
