You will lead the work throughout the entire project lifecycle—from planning and requirements analysis to execution, delivery, and follow-up. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that project goals are met, and that timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained. You will work in a structured and analytical manner, tracking project data and identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to developing long-term and successful solutions for future vehicles. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient project flows and high delivery precision. This position is suited for you if you are motivated by responsibility, technical development, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced and innovative industry. **Responsibilities** - Lead and coordinate projects related to the development, industrialization, or improvement of vehicle components and systems. - Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring that goals are met. - Coordinate cross-functional teams such as design, production, quality, purchasing, and testing/lab. - Monitor project status, analyze deviations, and drive actions in case of risks or delays. - Ensure that technical requirements, quality standards, and customer specifications are met. - Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders, including reporting to management. - Initiate and drive improvement work in project processes and working methods. - Support production setups, test drives, or validation activities as needed. - Work with suppliers to ensure the right quality, cost, and delivery time for components. - Drive change management and documentation according to established processes within the automotive industry. **About You** We highly value your personal qualities.
