Our customers are primarily within various sectors in Sweden. As a Project Manager, you will be based at our headquarters in Borås. UniGraphics currently employs 30 people in Borås and 1 in Stockholm. Together, we generate about 46 million SEK. Our clients are mainly from the private sector and include both small and large companies as well as government agencies.

**What Does the Role Offer?**
As a Project Manager, you will be a key player in UniGraphics' continued growth. You will be responsible for customer projects from start to finish, focusing on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction – particularly within our signage range. The role combines project management with customer responsibilities, where you nurture existing relationships and develop new business.
**Examples of Responsibilities:**
- Lead customer projects from quotation to delivery, especially within the signage segment – including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Manage incoming inquiries and orders, ensure a high level of service, and work on upselling.
- Plan and participate in industry fairs and customer events.
- Visit customers and engage in collaborations throughout Sweden.
- Actively work with proactive customer contacts via telephone.
- Responsible for existing customer relationships and their further development.
**Who Are You?**
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role within sales and/or project management, having managed multiple assignments concurrently and maintained close customer contact. You are accustomed to building and nurturing relationships and have a genuine interest in the industry. If you thrive in a digital work environment and enjoy staying updated on new trends, you will fit well with us.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, possess a B driving license, and have access to a personal vehicle.
