About the Role As a project manager with us, you'll have a varied workday with responsibility for people, finance, and customer relations. You'll lead and distribute work in projects, create timelines, plan staffing, and ensure our resources are used optimally. A key part of the role is maintaining close dialogue with our customers, building long-term relationships, and actively selling Sekond's services. You will also be responsible for ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and current agreements, and that all documentation and reporting are done correctly, both internally and to our clients. To succeed, you need to be structured and confident in managing multiple aspects simultaneously – from calculation and subcontractor procurement to follow-up and final settlement. Your tasks will include: • Establishing and managing customer contacts • Leading and motivating project team members • Managing project finances (calculations, invoicing, contract modifications, final settlement) • Ordering materials and procuring subcontractors • Ensuring compliance with contracts, laws, and permits • Documenting projects and reporting results to CEO and clients Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone with project management experience, preferably in construction, installation, or related industries.
