About the position
As a Project Manager, you will work on driving and leading projects within product development. The role involves overall responsibility for defining projects, setting milestones, and ensuring that projects are delivered within the right scope, time, and budget. You will be a central point in the organization with extensive communication between different departments.
You will be part of a competent team that has extensive knowledge of the products and processes but now needs reinforcement from someone who can take the lead in the projects. The position is based in Gothenburg and is full-time. The assignment is a consulting role for 6–12 months with an immediate start and the possibility of extension.
In your role as Project Manager, your main tasks will include:
• Defining project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Leading projects with a focus on scope, budget, and timelines
• Coordinating and communicating with several internal departments
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, primarily within the development of new products
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in project management, preferably within product development. You have worked on driving projects from start to finish and are accustomed to handling multiple projects at the same time. Experience with agile methods and development projects is advantageous but not a requirement.
As a person, you are driven, structured, and communicative. You thrive on taking responsibility and have the ability to create clarity and momentum in projects. You are eager to develop and can work independently while also appreciating collaboration and support from the team.
Important for the position:
• Experience in project management, at least 3–5 years
• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate between different functions
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
