This is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process will be conducted by Bravura, and you will be employed directly by Nordec Construction AB, a Swedish subsidiary of Finnish Nordec Oy.

Job Responsibilities
As a project manager at Nordec, you have comprehensive responsibility for projects from order to customer handover. You lead and distribute work in project teams consisting of internal and hired resources. Your responsibilities include contract negotiations, project planning, and coordination. You establish, monitor, and are responsible for schedules, finances, and HSEQ (health, safety, environment, and quality). You also coordinate documentation and project handover to the customer.
Multi-story and bridge projects focus on established customers in the construction sector, while hall and industrial projects are often linked to the green industrial transformation, where Nordec builds the future together with leading actors. Work takes place in an international environment with cross-border projects, while the company is small enough to offer short decision-making paths, transparency, and a culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. The Team
You will become part of a committed and experienced team with broad expertise in industrial construction. The project team consists of project engineers, coordinators, technical specialists, and administrative support who together contribute to creating efficient and successful projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Overall project planning and coordination
• Daily management of project teams
• Establishing and monitoring project goals for time, finances, and HSEQ
• Managing deviations and additional work, including negotiations
• Coordination between clients, site organization, and suppliers
• Participating in strategic decisions about organizational plans and project setup
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities:
• Higher education in construction or engineering
• Experience in industrial construction and large projects
• At least 5 years of project management experience with responsibility for schedules and finances
• Proficiency with digital tools and project management
• Swedish and English language skills (both verbal and written), Finnish is meritorious
• Valid driver's license (B-category)
