Job Responsibilities In the role of project manager, you will be responsible for estimating, leading, planning, and distributing work within various projects. You will manage installation projects of varying sizes and handle multiple projects running concurrently. Your focus will be on new projects and developing the facilities of our existing contractual customers. You will establish coverage plans, deviation reports, schedules, etc., within the projects. As a project manager, you will have financial responsibility regarding project results based on the budget, as well as responsibility for invoicing and purchasing. The role involves a strong customer focus both in terms of relationship-building activities and sales. You will belong to the Malmö office but will be responsible for assignments throughout Skåne. Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes • Previous experience as a project manager or in similar roles • Good computer skills • Proficient in Office • B driver's license • Strong command of Swedish, both spoken and written • Knowledge in ventilation, control/regulation, and cooling is an advantage • Education or certifications in areas such as energy, project management, ventilation, or cooling are advantageous As a project manager, you thrive on taking overall responsibility and driving projects from initiation to completion.
