Project Manager in Gothenburg Would you like to help create safer communities through smart security solutions? Cubsec is now seeking a driven and technically skilled project manager who wants to take responsibility for the entire project cycle from idea to installation while being a key player in our growing technology organization. About the Role As a project manager, you will work on creating and delivering security solutions that make a real difference. You will lead projects from early stages to completed installation, with responsibility for everything from technical project design to procurement and coordination of subcontractors. You will work closely with customer service and operations, and often be on-site with customers to ensure that solutions meet needs and expectations. The role involves great variation from smaller alarm projects to comprehensive security solutions. You Will • Drive the entire project process from customer meeting to final delivery • Design and calculate security installations (alarms, access control, cameras) • Create basis for sales organization and contribute to business development • Function as technical support and be a key person in customer dialogue • Participate in improvement work and development of internal routines Your Profile We are looking for someone with genuine technical interest who enjoys taking responsibility. You are someone who likes seeing the big picture while also having an eye for details. You are comfortable working independently, while also being a team player who enjoys collaboration and sharing knowledge. To succeed in the role, we believe you are structured, meticulous, with strong administrative skills. You have strong self-drive, like taking initiative, and are business-oriented with good understanding of customer needs. • Experience working as a project manager • Previous experience in the security industry • Knowledge of alarm classes and Swedish standards in the field • Certificate/qualified engineer in intrusion alarms or CCTV is meritorious • Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written • Driver's license is required We Offer Cubsec offers a work environment where we help each other in a non-hierarchical and creative spirit.
