About the Role
As a project manager at CERTEGO in Uppsala, you will be a key person in our delivery of small and large installations for our customers such as municipalities, housing companies, and commercial property owners. You will work closely with your colleagues to deliver high quality, meet deadlines, and ensure customer satisfaction. In the role, you will be responsible for planning and leading our production projects from start to finish. This involves creating project and time plans, resource planning with team leaders and security technicians, and managing purchases and material flows. You will be the project's central point of contact and build good relationships with both customers and subcontractors throughout the implementation. The role also includes taking technical and commercial responsibility for projects, following up on finances and forecasts, leading project meetings, and ensuring everything is performed according to contract and delivery terms. You will also be responsible for invoicing, work environment assessments, and follow-up after project completion to ensure quality and continued customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
• Experience in the security industry and good competence in the field
• Previous experience in mechanical security
• Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
• Driver's license (B-class)
• Swedish citizenship and approved criminal record extract (as some projects are security-classified)
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and thrive in a high-paced role. You communicate easily with both customers and colleagues and care about building good relationships. You are positive, solution-oriented, and a clear team player.
