Examples of services offered include project management, design management, construction management, control responsibility, contract inspection, construction cost estimation, technical building descriptions, environmental management, and information services.
For over 50 years, CA has built extensive experience and established a strong reputation among clients and the industry at large. The company, which is employee-owned, has 35 employees and offices in Gothenburg and Halmstad. CA is led by a CEO who, along with area managers, forms the company's management team.
About the Role of Project Manager
As a Project Manager at CA, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are managed in a planned and structured manner according to the client's intentions. You will lead the projects and establish guidelines for implementation, where the team will be formed, the vision will be set, and the client's wishes will be realized. To support your assignments, you can draw on resources from your colleagues at CA, who can contribute expertise in construction economics, environmental issues, procurement, contract inspection, and technical descriptions.
As a Project Manager, your tasks may include:
- Project management
- Construction management
- Leading investigations and program work
- Procurement
- Financial management
- Quality and environmental management
- Client, user, and supplier contacts as well as contact with authorities
- Control responsibility according to PBL (Planning and Building Act)
- Inspection
You may wish to work with just some or a few of the above tasks, with several parts, or develop within any of them. The position is based at our Halmstad office.
Who Are You?
You have at least 5-10 years of practical experience in project and construction management within building construction or as a project/contract engineer. Experience in contract law and LOU (Public Procurement Act) is essential. You are organized and structured with a strong customer focus and social competence.
You have an understanding of projects with high technical complexity and the capacity to drive construction processes regarding:
- Seeing the big picture
- Managing and leading
- Scheduling
- Being proactive
An important part of the role also involves handling and producing documentation, which is why strong written Swedish is a requirement. At CA, we believe in the value of knowledge transfer among employees. Therefore, you should be open to sharing your experiences and knowledge from projects back to the organization and be a team player within CA.
It is advantageous if you have your own network and client base, so you can both benefit from CA's existing clients and contribute to expanding CA's customer base.
A valid B driver's license and access to a car are required.
