ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a project manager within industrialization, you will play a central role in preparing and ensuring an efficient transition from design to production. You will work closely with technology, production, and procurement, and have the opportunity to influence the entire chain – from early concept phases to finished product.
The area is responsible for new production and modifications, focusing on developing and improving production systems and processes to ensure long-term and sustainable delivery capability.
In this role, you will become part of an engaged project management team where you support, share experiences, and develop together. You will report to the head of process and management support. You will also have many contact points both within the company and with external parties such as customers, suppliers, and partners.
Example tasks:
• Lead projects in new production, modification, and industrialization – from feasibility study to commissioned production
• Coordinate dialogue between project management, design, production, and procurement
• Ensure production preparations are carried out according to plan and at the right level
• Contribute to the development of production systems and processes together with process specialists
• Identify improvement areas and drive initiatives that increase efficiency and quality in production
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
• Have several years of project management experience in industrialization, production, or design
• Have a technical background, preferably in shipbuilding, construction, mechanics, or equivalent area
• Are communicative, structured, and analytical
• Have the ability to create a holistic perspective and drive projects towards clear goals and deadlines
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have:
• Higher education in a technical field, such as construction, mechanical engineering, or industrial economics
• Certified project management training (e.g., PMP, IPMA, or equivalent)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security protection regulations. For positions where our client has security classification requirements, this may entail specific citizenship requirements.
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
