Project Manager for Aeronautics IT Applications

Your Future Challenge As a Project Manager within Aeronautics IT Applications, you will lead and drive projects related to our application management within the Model Based Definition (MBD) area, which includes application support for Design, Industrialization, ERP, PDM, Maintenance, and Technical Production Systems. Our applications integrate with several of Saab's other major systems. Within Aeronautics, we are working intensively to develop our ways of working, processes, and applications/IT support to most effectively support our rapidly growing business. The area has expertise in method support, method development, system development, and solution architecture. Your focus as a project manager is to drive joint development and change projects related to our application management, as well as being able to contribute to driving assignments directly in the business. The role may involve result and budget responsibility for each project. Who You Are Today We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead and inspire others to deliver what our management and the receiving business expect and need. To succeed as a Project Manager with us, you must: * Be an experienced leader with experience from previous roles such as management leader, project manager, line manager, etc. * Have experience in model-based working methods with associated data flows and PDM/PLM * Take initiative, plan and lead your work as well as others' * Communicate easily with different types of target groups within the business * Be self-driven and results-oriented You are a civil or university engineer or have equivalent work experience. You have previous experience working with production and product development-related activities. It is meritorious if you have knowledge of the manufacturing industry and experience with applications used in different parts of the product development process. You are comfortable in a leadership role and bring experience from previous work tasks. You express yourself easily both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. Your workplace is located in Linköping, Tannefors. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security protection regulations.
