In short, we aim to make it easy for everyone who lives, works, or visits Tomelilla municipality. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are now looking for an engaged and development-oriented project manager to help investigate the possibilities for developing a sustainable ice rink and event facility in Tomelilla. You will become part of our unit with around fifteen employees, five of whom work with business development, planning, and development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead an exciting pre-study project. The goal is to develop a common vision and plan in close dialogue with local associations and businesses on how an older building can be transformed into a modern, sustainable ice rink and event venue. **QUALIFICATIONS** Relevant higher education from a university, college, or folk high school in project management, events, or business. Experience in applying for external project funding or leading externally funded projects within associations and businesses. **Meriting:** - Experience in managing development projects, preferably within place development, sports facilities, event arenas, or similar. We are looking for an engaged individual who is passionate about associations, business, and destination development. Planning and a holistic perspective are natural for you. You possess a strong ability to work independently as well as in a team, and your working style is methodical and precise. To succeed in this role, it is important that you can share as well as receive knowledge and insights constructively. The team you will be part of collaborates closely and learns from each other. It is required that you have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
