JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Workplace Description The Technology & Service department consists of around 60 employees working in the following areas: IT, telecommunications, web, locks and alarms, property, vehicles, office caretaking, system management, and digitalization and development. The Technology & Service department's work area covers the entire municipality, and we handle the municipality's internal service functions within each unit's area of operation. We Are Now Seeking a Service-Oriented and Solution-Driven Project Manager and Business Developer for Our Digitalization and Development Team. Job Responsibilities As a Project Manager and Business Developer in the Technology & Service Department, You Will Have a Varied and Meaningful Assignment Primarily Within Digitalization. You Will: -Lead and Manage Municipality-Wide Digitalization Projects, from Needs Analysis to Implementation and Follow-up. -Identify Development Opportunities and Transform Them into Practical, User-Friendly Solutions. -Work Closely with Operations to Understand Needs and Support Digital Transformation. -Contribute to Developing E-Services and Processes That Increase Accessibility for Residents and Businesses. -Coordinate Work with IT, Information Security, and Sustainable Digital Development. -Participate in Networks and Collaborations, Both Regionally and Nationally, to Share Experiences and Gather Inspiration. QUALIFICATIONS We Are Seeking Candidates Who Have: -Relevant Higher Education in Systems Science, IT, Project Management, or Equivalent Competence. -Experience Leading Projects, Preferably Within Digitalization, Business Development, or Public Sector. -Understanding of How Digital Technology Can Create Value and Efficiency in Municipal Operations. -Ability to Collaborate Broadly, Communicate Clearly, and Create Participation in Change Management. -Experience with Procurement or Work with Suppliers is Meritorious. -Certification in Project Management (Prince2, IPMA, PMI, or Similar) is a Plus.
