About this role
Stockholm Exergi is Stockholm's energy company, and we are approximately 800 employees who work every day to reduce Stockholmers' climate impact. We heat over 800,000 Stockholmers, and our 3,000 km long district heating network is the hub for the community benefits we create. We plan to build a carbon capture facility at our bio-combined heat and power plant in Värtan with the potential to capture 800,000 tons of carbon dioxide per year, which is more than Stockholm's road traffic emits during the same period.

As an experienced project manager at Stockholm Exergi's project office, you will lead complex investment projects through all its phases - from feasibility study, pre-project and procurement to implementation and closure. You are responsible for delivering your projects within agreed goals, regarding time, scope, quality, and budget for internal clients. Our projects span broadly and are all connected to our energy business, with a core of projects in our energy-producing facilities, major distribution projects, and business development projects. You are a crucial link in implementing the company's decided plans and ensuring our energy business reaches its goals, such as being climate-positive and creating a sustainable Stockholm.

Requirements:
• Engineering degree in construction technology, property, or other education combined with relevant work experience for the role
• Experience as a project manager in construction and facility/property
• Experience working with concrete constructions
• Good communication skills, able to express oneself well verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of project methodology, preferably PMI or similar
• Good digital skills
• Good knowledge of ABT - General conditions for total contracts regarding construction, facility, and installation contracts
