We coordinate and implement initiatives based on both national and municipal labor market policies. Warmly welcome to us at the Labor Market Unit! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will work as project manager for MISAM+ in Kramfors, a project running from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2029. MISAM stands for Motivational Interventions for Studies, Work, and Well-being. Project MISAM+ targets youth and young adults aged 16-29 in Kramfors Municipality who are neither working nor studying or at risk of leaving school without a diploma. The goal is to create clear chains between school, adult education, and working life, and offer an entry-level arena with low-threshold activities where participants can take steps towards studies and work at their own pace. As project manager, you are the spider in the web and responsible for: • Leading, coordinating, and following up on project activities, objectives, and resource utilization. • Ensuring the project is conducted in accordance with Social Fund regulations and relevant legislation. • Managing reporting to the European Social Fund, Statistics Sweden (SCB), and the project steering group. • Collecting, analyzing, and documenting project results and lessons for continuous development and knowledge transfer. • Being a supportive and clear leader for the project group in daily work, promoting engagement and collaboration. • Developing and nurturing relationships with internal and external partners. • Communicating and anchoring the project's purpose and progress both within the organization and externally to increase visibility and understanding. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with a college or university degree in behavioral science, social work, social sciences, or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. Project management training is meritorious, and we prefer candidates with experience in ESF projects. As a person, you are solution-oriented and good at creating contacts relevant to the work and collaborating with others. You have the ability to motivate and engage the people you lead. You appreciate challenges and work in change. You have experience working with the target group and good understanding of their needs, as well as experience in leadership. The role involves extensive documentation and communication, which requires very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. You have good knowledge of the Office package and high digital competence, as follow-up and reporting are done digitally. We place great importance on personal qualities and personal suitability.
