Do you want to contribute to a more sustainable society while gaining insight into environmental and sustainability efforts within Swedish industry? We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a six-month temporary position at Holmen Board and Paper in Norrköping.

In modern facilities located in the heart of Norrköping, you will find the headquarters of Holmen Board and Paper. Here, we assist our customers in finding the right paper solutions through technology, communication, production planning, business development, market analysis, sales, and customer service.

Your Future Challenge
As the Environmental Project Manager, you will be part of our sustainability efforts and help drive smaller, environmentally-related projects and assignments from start to finish. You will collaborate with colleagues in Sustainability, Marketing, and our environmental engineers at the factories. The role does not involve personnel responsibility, but you will lead projects and engage others to achieve results together.
You will work with:
- Planning, leading, and following up on environmental projects
- Compiling and analyzing data related to the environment and energy
- Interpreting regulatory requirements and other technical instructions
- Contributing new perspectives and ideas in a constantly evolving field
To Succeed in the Role
We are looking for someone with a university degree in engineering and experience in project management. You are accustomed to following up, reporting, and adhering to timelines—and you enjoy connecting with new people to move the work forward.
You have:
- Strong skills in Excel
- The ability to analyze and interpret data, instructions, and regulatory documents
- Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Experience in the industry and working with environmental or energy data is an advantage.
