We are seeking a project manager with a strong operational drive – someone who not only leads the project forward but builds and drives its operational core.
The role combines strategic leadership with practical implementation and involves comprehensive responsibility for creating, structuring, and optimizing daily operations. You will function as the project's operational engine – translating vision and strategy into effective work methods, sustainable routines, and measurable results, ensuring the project operates as a well-organized and results-oriented unit.
In this role, you are responsible for building the operational structure, establishing processes, systems, and tools for planning, follow-up, and decision support, and driving daily work to coordinate resources and deliveries efficiently. You will develop and improve workflows, ensure clear division of responsibilities, follow up on goals, timelines, and budget, and resolve operational challenges along the way. Together with project owners and steering committee, you will translate strategy into concrete action, build a sustainable work method and team culture, and drive continuous improvement for long-term success.
Qualifications:
• Experience in project management or operational business development in roles such as operations manager or project manager
• Ability to lead collaboration across sectoral boundaries (business, public sector, academia, civil society)
• Experience from the business sector
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing
Meriting:
• Experience with EU/publicly funded projects
• Knowledge of state aid and EU reporting
• Experience creating support structures targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises
