**Responsibilities as Project Manager**
As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, communicating, and executing technology-based projects within manufacturing and industrialization. This may involve preparing designs, project management and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure and equipment, etc. You will monitor progress and results against the project plan, take action to resolve operational issues and minimize delays, as well as identify, develop, and gather the resources needed to complete the project. You may also be involved in preparing technical standards, designs, and work descriptions, developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, as well as selecting materials, equipment, project team members, and external contractors.
As an experienced project manager, you have advanced knowledge and experience in managing projects or sub-projects of complex structure from start to finish. You will have full responsibility for defining and managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks. You will spend a significant amount of time on-site during installation and commissioning. Travel may also be required for supplier visits both in Sweden and Germany.
**Your tasks will include:**
- Planning and monitoring projects for equipment and machinery
- Participating in installation and commissioning
- Managing communication regarding projects for internal and external parties
- Being responsible for costs and adhering to schedules
**In the role of an experienced Project Manager, we are looking for you who have:**
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A couple of years of work experience in project management within the manufacturing industry
- A valid driver's license
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working in a similar manufacturing industry
As a person, you are self-driven and have the ability to lead projects from start to finish. You possess good communication skills and enjoy coaching and leading others. In the role of project manager, it is also important to have a solution-focused approach where you easily see opportunities.
