INAB Mekaniska is a well-established workshop in Nyköping, with a history dating back to 1998. We specialize in construction metalwork, mechanical workshop manufacturing, drawing design, and project management. We are certified according to ISO 3834 and EN 1090 – ensuring quality at every step.
What sets us apart is our experience, capacity, and solution-oriented approach. Many of our clients choose us because we can handle the entire process – from design to final delivery. We are currently growing and are seeking a key individual to join our team.
Role Responsibilities
As a project manager with us, you will be responsible for:
• Leading projects from start to finish – including cost estimation, planning, drawing reviews, material ordering, and follow-up
• Conducting construction meetings and ensuring budget and timelines are adhered to
• Managing metalworking projects and serving as a technical sounding board
• Supervising the team – both in the workshop and on project sites
• Working independently as well as in a group, with good oversight and collaboration skills
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
Competencies:
• Technical education, preferably an engineering background (however, relevant experience can compensate)
• Ability to read drawings and calculate project costs
• Documented experience in a similar role, preferably within metalwork or construction projects
• Strong material knowledge
• Valid driver’s license (class B) (mandatory)
Preferred: Certifications, forklift license, welding experience, background in contracting or workshop environments
