About the Position
We are seeking a project manager who wants to work closely with the business and drive the development of office spaces for our client. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a varied and dynamic everyday environment, where you can combine strategic work with presence in the organization.
The role involves managing incoming needs, writing specifications, reviewing offers, and following up on ongoing work. You will serve as a point of contact both internally and with subcontractors in construction, ventilation, and other technical areas. At the same time, you will lead the dialogue with other stakeholders responsible for the renovation projects themselves. In smaller projects, such as relocation projects, you will be responsible for financial follow-up according to set frameworks.
Your Competence
• Project management education or extensive experience as a project manager.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
Scope: Full-time, permanent
