Project Manager Agriculture
At Heidelberg Materials Precast Abetong, our work involves more than just concrete elements – we are building the homes, agricultural structures, and infrastructure products of the future. But we are also building something internally, together: security, community, and pride.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of our agricultural projects, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. You will plan timelines and manage internal and external communication, with the goal of achieving the best possible financial results for the project.
You are also responsible for compiling necessary quality, environmental, and construction documentation for project execution and for preliminary planning of materials for construction and subcontractors.
This role suits you if you are results-oriented, structured, engaged, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You see opportunities in changes, find new solutions, and seek simplifications that make us the obvious choice for our customers. With your unpretentious manner, you communicate easily with others and approach your environment with a positive attitude. You are curious about new programs, quickly adapt to them, and are eager to share your knowledge. You enjoy collaborating and being part of a team.
About the Agriculture Division
Heidelberg Materials Precast Abetong is a market leader in the agricultural sector, and our largest customer groups are Sweden's farmers and smaller construction firms. We offer a comprehensive concept that includes everything from the delivery of complete buildings to individual standard products.
With us, you will receive:
Security: The stability of a global corporation paired with the warmth of a local team.
Development: A clear career ladder, internal training, and programs.
Community: We support each other, celebrate successes, and have fun together.
Benefits: 5,000 SEK for wellness, meal allowances, and investments in the working environment.
Who We Are Looking For
We believe you will thrive and perform well with us if you recognize yourself in the following:
• Previous experience in project management or similar tasks.
• Education in construction engineering (bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Experience in financial project monitoring.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with CAD design.
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have a valid B driving license.
Knowledge of REVIT is certainly a plus – but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want to collaborate to do the job really well.
