Bartos Media is an agency with nearly 20 years of experience. Our palette is broad, encompassing brand development, strategy, business benefits, film, motion content, visual content, and tangible results for our clients. We work with both national brands and regional players in the private and public sectors. We assist them in formulating goals, strategies, and executing content production and media buying—ensuring that it reaches the right channels at the right time. We are growing and need to strengthen our delivery capacity. Your role is central to this.
**The Role**
As a Project Manager/Key Account Manager, you will play a key role both internally and with clients to ensure delivery, maintain goal focus, and ensure that both we and the client work in sync side by side. In this role, you will lead the work, keep the team cohesive, and ensure our delivery to the client.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate client assignments: planning, prioritization, timelines, status, delivery.
- Ensure that content (film, images, copy, social media, advertisements, campaign materials) is produced and goes live according to plan.
- Maintain close and proactive contact with the client.
- Translate the client’s needs (“we need to be clearer and reach out now”) into concrete actions: what needs to be done, when it should be done, in which channels, and with what message.
- Create structure around the process so that creators and producers can focus on the content.
We work in Notion, MyGizmo, Fortnox, and Office365. You need to be comfortable managing, following up, and keeping order—not just participating in the ideation phase. You should also have hands-on experience in production at the agency level. Quickly adjusting an original, editing a film, or publishing a campaign should not feel uncomfortable or "not your thing."

We are idea and business developers with a background as media producers who have run a "real" agency for nearly 15 years. The first five years were spent becoming sharp producers. We take responsibility for the entire chain: direction, planning, execution, and impact. We are small enough to be quick and personal, yet experienced enough to handle complex assignments. Relevant education is advantageous. Experience carries equal weight. PR skills are a plus. A valid driver's license (B) is required. References will be checked. (Dogs are present in the office.)
