About the Project "The Path to Nature-based Competence for the Workforce" is a 2.5-year project as part of the announcement POA2: Active Inclusion in School and Work Life in Southern Sweden. The project aims to develop nature-based methods for competence development and inclusion, focusing on individuals who are far from the labor market. The project seeks to reduce unemployment and dependency on financial assistance in Bjuv and Åstorp by offering participants new opportunities for learning, personal development, and connection to the workforce. As the project manager, you will be responsible for: • Leading and coordinating the project's implementation according to the project plan and ESF guidelines • Coordinating collaboration between municipalities, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders • Ensuring that the project's goals are achieved within the timeline and budget • Reporting to the steering group and funders • Monitoring and documenting the project's results and impacts • Contributing to communication and dissemination of the project's learnings • Maintaining contact and follow-up with project participants QUALIFICATIONS Project Manager We are looking for someone who: • Has documented experience in project management, preferably within labor market initiatives, social sustainability, or ESF projects • Possesses good collaboration skills and experience in complex collaborative environments • Is structured, solution-oriented, and has strong communication skills • Holds a relevant university degree or equivalent competence Meritorious: • Experience working with nature-based methods or green industries • Knowledge of the target group and labor market issues • Experience in monitoring and reporting in ESF projects We offer: • A meaningful role where you can contribute to societal change • An engaged team and close collaboration with local stakeholders • The opportunity to develop innovative methods for inclusion and competence development OTHER Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
