Project Manager – IT Project Focused on Machine Learning Role Description We are seeking a project manager who wants to take responsibility for an ongoing IT project focused on machine learning and data-oriented development. In this role, you will lead an established project forward, with the opportunity to simultaneously drive other initiatives. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with development teams, the business, and users, and requires good structure, communication skills, and experience with established project models. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate an ongoing IT project and, if necessary, additional initiatives. • Ensure progress in the project and coordinate various parts, teams, and stakeholders. • Develop requirements documentation and, if needed, oversee feasibility studies at a high level. • Drive efforts to create conditions for testing machine learning, including processes and model training. • Participate in investigating and establishing a platform to explore new data sources. • Contribute to the evaluation of solutions for recurring production work where users can code in, for example, Python or R with access to relevant resources. • Maintain ongoing dialogue with users and other stakeholders and contribute to good collaboration between technology and business. Requirements • At least 3 years of documented experience (since 2020) in leading IT projects and IT development conducted by agile development teams. • At least 2 years of documented experience (since 2020) in managing projects according to PPS or a comparable project model. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with many points of contact. Desirable • At least 1 year of documented experience (since 2019) in leading IT projects within operations and/or infrastructure. • At least 1 year of documented experience (since 2019) in leading IT projects within machine learning. • At least 2 years of documented experience (since 2018) in managing projects according to PPS. • At least 2 years of documented experience (since 2018) in change management. • At least 2 years of documented experience (since 2018) in project managing assignments within larger companies with more than 500 employees. • At least 2 years of documented experience (since 2018) in project managing assignments within government administration with more than 500 employees.
