You will be responsible for leading two strategically important initiatives: the implementation of the EU’s Pay Transparency Directive and the procurement of a new provider for pension liability calculations. The role involves close collaboration with both the business, IT, and external suppliers, focusing on structure, execution capability, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities

• Ensure that requirements, solution proposals, and deliverables enable detailed salary information for employees ahead of the implementation in 2026
• Plan, drive, and follow up on the procurement of a new service for pension liability calculations
• Manage the RFI/RFP process, supplier dialogue, and evaluation of submitted proposals
• Coordinate integration planning between internal systems and the chosen supplier
• Ensure that solutions and calculations meet relevant regulatory requirements
• Drive complex projects with many stakeholders, ensuring clear governance, reporting, and risk management
• Create structure, timelines, and follow-ups while proactively driving deliveries at a fast pace
• Act as a link between the business, IT, and external partners, contributing to clear communication and anchoring
Requirements
• Documented experience as a project manager in larger organizations within banking or finance
• Good understanding of established development models and governance of change initiatives (e.g., project and change management frameworks)
• Experience in procuring external services, including RFI/RFP processes and supplier collaboration
• Ability to drive complex projects with many stakeholders and regulatory dependencies
• Comfortable working operationally, taking ownership, and driving deliveries at a fast pace
• Strong ability to create structure, clarity, and follow-up in assignments
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form, with confidence in dialogue with the business, IT, and external parties
• Analytical, responsible, and solution-focused with a high degree of independence
Desirable
• Experience with projects related to HR, payroll, or compensation processes
• Experience with regulatory change projects within EU directives or equivalent regulations
• Experience with system and data-related issues related to pension liabilities or financial calculations
• Experience with both agile and more traditional project models within banking/finance
• Experience working in a hybrid environment with distributed teams

Duration: Until June 30, 2026
