Telecommunications Project Manager

Practical Information Start Date: As soon as possible About the Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within fixed network and fiber network domains. You'll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and track project plans with goals, timelines, resources, budget, and risk management. • Lead the project group and ensure the project is driven according to plan. • Serve as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. • Participate in tender work and prepare proposal documentation. • Manage changes, monitor finances, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, clear goals, and close collaboration with both technology and people. Who Are You? We are seeking someone with several years of experience leading large and complex projects within telecommunications, fixed networks, or fiber networks. You are accustomed to taking comprehensive responsibility and have a structured, results-oriented, and communicative style. We believe you have: • At least 5 years of project management experience in telecommunications, fixed networks, or fiber networks. • Experience with procurement, construction law, and project tools like MS Project, Excel, or IFS. • Class B driver's license and excellent Swedish and English language skills. • Relevant education or equivalent experience in technology, project management, or similar fields. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience from client-side, electrical or power projects, Transport Administration projects, or work as a technician/project designer. As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and confident in your communication. You excel in a role where you can make decisions, drive processes forward, and build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
