Your role as Project Manager for Regional and National Grids
As a project manager for regional and national grids, you will drive projects from early investigations and planning, through design and procurement, to implementation, delivery, and commissioning. You will lead and coordinate projects related to substations and lines at voltage levels from 130 kV and above, ensuring that projects are executed according to quality, time, and budget requirements.
A key part of the role is to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and contractors. You will be a central point of contact throughout the project's lifecycle and will work closely with our specialists in electrical power, construction, land, and control. Through our framework agreements with, among others, Svenska kraftnät, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the country's most extensive and technically complex electricity grid projects. We work in teams with high technical competence and short decision-making paths, which gives you both responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with many years of experience leading projects in electrical power, preferably within regional grids, substations, or lines from 130 kV and above. It is particularly beneficial if you have experience leading projects in power line design or similar technical areas and are accustomed to collaborating at the interface between construction, land, preparation, and project execution.
You have a technical education in electrical power or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience. Experience in project management training, as well as knowledge of AB04, ABT06, and AMA, is considered advantageous.
As a person, you are confident in your project management role, structured, and used to making decisions. You thrive with many points of contact, communicate clearly, and have a solution-oriented and curious approach to work. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and a B driver's license is required.
