In the role of Land Project Manager, you will lead investment and land/infrastructure projects from planning to implementation and follow-up. You are responsible for driving the project forward with a focus on quality, cost, and time – often in close collaboration with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Responsibilities
As a Land Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and completing projects. Common tasks include:
• Planning, coordination, and follow-up of land and infrastructure projects
• Leading projects from early stages to completion
• Responsibility for budget, timeline, and resource planning
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Identifying risks and working solution-oriented
We Are Looking for Someone Who
• Has several years of experience in land projects, for example, as a work manager, site manager, or equivalent
• Has good technical understanding and experience in managing construction projects
• Holds a B driver's license
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Experience with larger infrastructure projects is meritorious
We believe you are a structured and self-driven person with a natural ability to lead and communicate. You thrive in a responsible role where you can drive projects forward and make decisions while building strong relationships with both team members and customers.
