You will work within our business area Compliance & Management, supporting an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.
**Responsibilities**
In Uppsala, we have a broad customer base within Life Science, enabling varied projects of different scopes and complexities. Based on your experiences and interests, we will find suitable assignments where you can make a difference for our clients. You will drive projects in areas such as development, production, investment, or operations. The role will include:
- Coordinating plans, managing changes, and overseeing work in projects
- Driving and leading projects according to set timelines, quality, and budget
- Being responsible for project results before a steering group
- Managing project stakeholders and risks
- Leading and engaging your project team members
**Qualifications**
To fit this role, you thrive in a leadership position where you can engage and lead your project members and have a solution-oriented approach to work. You enjoy sharing experiences and knowledge. In addition to your personal qualities, we would like you to have:
- A background in technical engineering roles
- Experience in project management/coordinating within Life Science
- Knowledge of industry laws, requirements, and guidelines
- Familiarity with working with timelines, budgets, quality monitoring, and reporting
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

**Practical information**
This is a permanent position with a possible six-month probationary period, based at our office in Uppsala. Travel for work may occur to our clients. Start date is according to agreement.
