We are seeking, on behalf of our client, an experienced HR Project Manager to ensure the organization's compliance with the EU Wage Transparency Directive, which comes into effect in June 2026.
About the Assignment
As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for interpreting the legislation and translating it into practical solutions. The project involves developing new processes, system support, and data analyses to enable full compliance with the directive. You will lead a cross-functional team with expert competence in Compensation & Benefits, system development, data analysis, and recruitment. Together, you will ensure that a sustainable and comprehensive solution is implemented in the organization and that the project is executed in line with both legal requirements and business objectives.
About You
• Relevant academic education in HR, Business Administration, or similar
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Experience driving complex HR projects in large organizations, preferably within Compensation & Benefits, HR Tech, or Compliance
• Good understanding of labor law issues
• Ability to translate legal directives into practical and technical solutions in collaboration with specialists
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with SuccessFactors, but not a requirement

• Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex organization
• Independent, solution-oriented, and comfortable with change management

This is a part-time consulting assignment (50%) via Adecco, starting immediately or by agreement, and is expected to continue until June 30, 2026. You will work on behalf of our client, a global industrial group in technology and transportation, characterized by a strong innovation culture.
