Job Opportunity: HR Project Manager - Pay Transparency Directive Implementation
We are seeking an engaged HR Project Manager on behalf of our client in the automotive industry to drive the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and contribute to a more fair and transparent compensation management approach.
About the Position

The position is located at the client's office in Södertälje, with potential for partial remote work.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and coordinate a project aimed at interpreting legislation and translating it into concrete processes, actions, system solutions, and data analyses that ensure the organization meets the directive's requirements. As project manager, you will lead a group of experts in compensation and benefits, system development, and data analysis to create a comprehensive solution integrated into the business.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including HR-related projects
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits, understanding of pay transparency legislation
• Experience working and leading projects in large organizations
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Preferred:
• Previous experience implementing pay transparency directives
Position Details
Part-time 50%, consultant assignment until June 30, 2026. Immediate start.
