About You We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has high integrity. You easily collaborate but can also work independently and make decisions based on facts and regulations. You thrive in a role where you can be solution-oriented and contribute to high quality. You are motivated by creating new opportunities and have a broad professional network. Additionally, we imagine the following applies to you: • College/civil engineering degree or equivalent. • At least 6 years of experience as a project manager. • Experience in one or more of the following areas: renovation and reuse, housing, commercial properties, shelters, and/or culturally classified properties. • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. Meritorious experience but not a requirement: • Experience with Bas-P. • Construction supervision according to PB. • Construction management. • IPMA certified project manager or equivalent. What We Can Offer You • A central role in exciting and developing projects. • Opportunity to influence and contribute to the unit's growth and future business. • A committed team with both senior and junior colleagues. • Development opportunities driven by your motivation and drive. • An inclusive work environment that values different experiences and perspectives. • An international knowledge environment with experiences from 35 countries. • Flexible work environment with the possibility of working remotely a few days a week.
